Credit Card Details

CREDIT CARD DETAILS are required for bookings from November untill April. If you do not leave credit card details, we cannot confirm your bookings. During this busy time enquires/bookings should be completed 24 hours before arrival. Credit Card Details are required to enable us to take a 15% non refundable deposit.

Check In

If you cannot Check in before 4pm, you must call us to confirm your booking at 0800 AURORA (287672), before 12 Lunchtime same day, otherwise we cannot confirm your booking...
